Over her 14 year massage career, she has received certifications in: PUSH Therapy, Active Release Techniques, Myofascial Release Techniques, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release Techniques, Pin and Stretch Techniques, LaStone Hot and Cold Massage, Indian Head Massage. and Reiki 1 and 2 Attunement.

She has worked with clients of all ages, and over the years has developed a specific interest and skills for stretching and its importance.
